Reservations
All reservations are made directly through the Wow Hospitality, Cyprus website.
Once a booking is completed, guests will receive an automatic booking confirmation email with the details of their stay.
Upon receipt of the reservation, our team will review the booking and proceed with the confirmation process. A deposit request or payment confirmation will be sent accordingly.
Please note that a reservation is considered confirmed only once the required payment has been successfully received.
Important Note:
All rental rates displayed on our website are shown on a “night stay” basis for convenience.
Bookings can only be made by individuals aged 18 years or older.
Child policies:
Children of all ages are welcome.
Children 3 and above will be charged as adults at this property.
Crib and extra bed policies

There are no extra beds available at this property.
Pets Policy:
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets to ensure a clean and allergen-free environment for all guests.
Payment Terms
To secure your reservation, a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total booking amount is required. The remaining balance must be paid 7 days prior to arrival, regardless of whether a reminder is issued.
Failure to settle the remaining balance within 7 days of the due date may result in cancellation of the booking without refund.

Check-in / Check-out
Late check-outs may incur additional charges depending on availability and must be approved by the property reservation department.
All late check-outs and early check-in requests must be sent to [email protected] or via a call on +357 99 157 003 or through a WhatsApp message on +357 99 157 003.
Guests are advised to consider flight timings when booking. Early arrivals or late departures may require booking an additional night to ensure uninterrupted access to the property.
Events & Parties
Events and parties are strictly prohibited.
An “event” includes any gathering exceeding the approved number of guests or involving:

Guests are responsible for any disturbance, damages, or violations caused.
Cancellation by the Property Owner
In rare cases where a booking is cancelled by the owner, guests will be offered:

Occupancy
The number of guests must not exceed the stated occupancy. Breach of this condition may result in immediate termination of the booking without refund.
Subletting or allowing additional unregistered guests is strictly prohibited.
Building Works
We will notify guests of nearby construction works if known in advance. However, we cannot be held responsible for works carried out by third parties beyond our control.
Air Conditioning
Air-conditioning should only be used when the property is occupied, with all doors and windows closed.
Excessive or improper use may result in additional electricity charges deducted from the security deposit.
Damages & Security Deposit
Guests are expected to leave the property clean and in good condition.
Normal wear and tear is acceptable. However, any damage beyond this will be charged accordingly and may exceed the deposit amount.
Furniture must not be moved without prior approval.
Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly at all times.

We are not liable in cases of Force Majeure, including but not limited to:
natural disasters, weather conditions, war, strikes, or unforeseen events.
Guests are responsible for their own safety. Special care should be taken when children are using pools or spa areas.
Complaints
Any issues must be reported immediately during your stay so we can resolve them promptly.
Complaints raised after departure may not be considered if not reported at the time.
