How can i check-in?
Check in is availabe after 16:00.
Access is via s smart locker. Your access code will be sent a few hours prior to your arrival.
What are the standard ‘check-in’ and ‘check-out’ times?
16:00hrs is the check-in time & 10:00 am is the check-out time
Is cleaning during the stay included?
Cleaning is provided before arrival and afer departure. Additional cleaning can be arranged upon request (extra charge).
Are linen and towels provided?
Bed and bath linen are provided for your stay, including bath, hand and pool towels. They are freshly prepared prior to your arrival to ensure comfort and high standards of hygiene. For longer stays, additional linen and towel changes can be arranged upon request.
What if something breaks during my stay?
If something gets damaged or stops working, please inform us immediately. Minor damage happens, and we’ll handle repairs as needed.
Can I extend my stay?
Yes, extending your stay is possible subject to availability. We recommend contacting us as early as possible to secure your preferred dates. Our team will be happy to assist you with the arrangements and provide the best available rate for your extended stay.

Can you arrange airport transfer?
For your convenience, we can arrange a private taxi service from the airport (additional fee). Travel takes around 45 minutes. Please contact us on [email protected] to arrange this prior to your arrival
How do we receive information and directions about the property we booked?
You will receive a detailed email 48 hrs prior to your arrival, including our digital welcome guide with al essential information about your stay.
This will include:
- Property details
- Check-in instructions
- Directions to the property
- Useful tips for your stay.
